Domestic and International Shipping
We try to ship as quickly as possible. Orders usually go out within 7-14 days of ordering if all items are in stock, and most times much quicker. If not, there may be about a one week delay.
During peak times, including new releases and holidays, please allow a couple of extra days for processing.
Tracking and Delivery
Once your package reaches the post office, we cannot control where it goes, but we will provide you with a tracking number.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that some products may have shipping restrictions, and certain products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Warehouse and Transit Time
We have a warehouse in China. Delivery usually takes 7-14 days depending on the destination.

Returns
As long as the products do not have man-made damage, we can process a refund for any reason within 30 days after you receive the products. You need to pay the return express fee.
If 30 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please contact us by email to request a return address before returning any item.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at hzedc@haizol.com and we will be glad to help.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 business days.
You are responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you return an item for exchange, we will ship the replacement item after receiving your returned product. Exchange time may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot refund you if we do not receive your returned item.
Sale Items and Missing Refunds
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, and then your bank, as processing times may vary.
